Merrill Guerra
President & Chief Executive Officer

Merrill Guerra founded RealKidz Inc. and serves as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. She has many years of experience in Network Marketing and has worked previously in management roles for start-up and fast-growing companies. She has won several prestigious competitions across the United States with her business plan for RealKidz Inc.

Merrill received her M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and her B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University.

Al Bacon
Chief Financial Officer

Al Bacon, Partner at B2B CFO®, acting CFO, has over 25 years experience in small business management and global corporate banking. As part owner of Associated Electroplaters, Inc., Al was responsible for the financial, legal, sales and human resource functions. Prior to that, he spent the majority of his career working in global corporate banking for ING Bank and Mellon Bank. Al most recently was instrumental in securing $1.5M in funding for the Wayne State incubator Tech Town from the Kresge Foundation. Al holds an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School of Management and a B.A., Economics, from Denison University.

Laura Hamblin
Director of Consultant Development

Laura Hamblin graduated from Michigan State University in 1987 with a B.A. in Social Work and embarked upon a career in sales in 1996. Her experience encompasses sales, recruiting and training in a variety of industries including network marketing, retailing, insurance, and assistive medical devices. Laura brings extensive knowledge of the consultative sales process; formal and informal networking techniques; business development; the sale of both tangible and intangible goods and services; and one-to-one as well as group presentations.
