RealKidz Clothing guarantees all of the merchandise we sell. Items may be returned
(in original condition) for any reason within 60 days of purchase. We will either replace the item,
credit your account, or refund your purchase price. Original condition means the item includes the
manufacturer's tags, is free from soil and has not been worn or washed. An online store credit will
be given for items returned without original tags.

To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, email
address, order number, and a brief explanation of the problem. If you do not have your order number, call
1-877-806-REAL and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help.
All returns are handled within five days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow up to
30 days for credit to appear on your billing statement.
Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other
than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a RealKidz gift certificate or exchange by
indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number as well as
the name and address of the person who placed the original order with RealKidz.
