Photo Shoot…check! Move into new offices…check!
It’s been an absolutely insane time for us her as we have been recieving in the new fall line of clothing and getting it ready to sell to you!! We had a wonderful photo shoot right before Labor Day. We have a new photographer who is helping us out. You have to check her out! Her website is www.marypottsphotography.com. Mary is new to Depot Town and we’re excited to have her here on the street. Mary is more than a photographer with a wonderful eye! She is also an artist who creates these absolutely amazing mantage portraits. It’s hard to explain but if you’re in the area you should stop by to see her work.
We had some new girls join us for the photo shoot. They had fun and enjoyed trying on the different outfits. It was great to see them bringing the clothing to life!
We also spent Labor Day weekend moving our offices. We are still in Depot Town but have moved around the corner. Our landlord at the old place raised the rents in the entire building (between 40-60%). If you’re wandering around Depot Town and see the two vacant spots there, well, that’s the reason. We’re incredibly happy with our new space. It’s smaller but it’s just wonderful! We’re in the Ypsilanti Food Co-op building and we love our new community.
Now that we’re basically settled we’re all about getting this line out to you. As can happen with any new manufacturer, we had a few delays but we’re on track to get everything up and onto the website for sale within the next few days. I can’t wait!!
